What to expect:  Get ready to rumble with Basheer Abdullah, the mastermind behind our after-school boxing program! A four time Olympic coach with over three decades in the ring, he’s our champion guide. Our special 60-minute Olympic-style boxing sessions are tailored to make every moment count for fun and fitness. Whether you’re honing your movement basics, perfecting warm-up routines, or polishing boxing skills, our energetic environment is all about getting pumped and reaching new heights! So, let’s lace up those gloves and dive in together!.

Note: Equipment $50 (includes a pair of gloves, a rope and gel hand wraps.) This is optional, as you may purchase on your own.
