At LFSD, academic excellence and student well-being go hand in hand. We believe that children thrive when they feel cared for, supported, and inspired. Our teachers create an environment that values curiosity, kindness, and effort, helping each student develop confidence and a genuine love of learning.
In Preschool, children are fully immersed in the French language and culture, building a strong foundation for both linguistic and cognitive development. As students progress through the grades, subjects from the U.S. curriculum, beginning with English language, then Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies, are gradually introduced. This progressive bilingual approach nurtures critical thinking and adaptability while maintaining the rigor and high standards of the French educational system.
By the end of our program, LFSD students are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to pursue their education in a variety of settings: U.S. schools, French institutions within the AEFE network (over 600 schools worldwide), or other international programs such as the International Baccalaureate (IB). Our goal is to open doors and prepare each child for a bright, well-rounded future.
