What to expect:
My program is focusing on very fun running activities such as relays, orientation, team games, courses, physical preparation workouts and much more! Students will learn how to improve their speed and their endurance in the race.
The children who sign up for this after-school activity will be invited to participate in at least two official races during the school year, such as 5K or AEFE run challenges!
This activity also offers some extra and free sessions on the weekends either on a track or along the bay for some very fun group runs.
