Upper School

CM2, 6ème, 5ème & 4ème

Three languages, high expectations, open to the world.

Combining the rigor of the French curriculum with key elements of the U.S. curriculum, our Upper School prepares students to thrive in high school in the U.S., France, or anywhere in the world.

French · English · SpanishGrades 5–8DELF up to B2
Mathematics

Two math programs, one strong foundation

Students follow the full French mathematics program, known for its depth in arithmetic, geometry, measurement and problem-solving. From 5th grade, they also take U.S. math in English, so they master both methods and the math vocabulary of both languages, and are ready for any U.S. high school math track.

STEAM · Science & technology

A high-level science program

Through lab science, technology and hands-on STEAM projects, students learn to observe, hypothesize, experiment, design and create. From robotics and computer-aided design to our Rocket Club, science goes beyond the textbook and into real-world problem solving.

English

English Language & Literature

In English language arts, students read and discuss novels, poetry and non-fiction, strengthen their grammar and vocabulary, and write essays, stories and research projects. They become confident readers and writers in English, ready for U.S. high school English courses.

DELF · AP French

French Proficiency & Certification

Students can prepare for internationally recognized DELF certifications, with opportunities to reach advanced levels of French proficiency, up to B2. Our program also builds the language skills needed for future advanced French study, including AP French Language and Culture.

Beyond the Classroom

Growing as students, leaders and individuals
