Did you know that yoga is one of the wonderful after-school activities we offer at LFSD?

Céline kicked off the session with some calming breathing exercises, setting the perfect ambiance for our young yogis to unwind and focus their minds.

Transitioning seamlessly, she guided our students through various yoga postures, encouraging them to explore their flexibility and strength. 🤸‍♂️

The excitement didn’t stop there! Céline infused an element of fun into the class with a delightful yoga game, fostering teamwork, laughter, and creativity among our participants.

Witnessing our students engage with mindfulness and movement in such a positive environment was truly inspiring.
